REFRESHER TRAINING

Technical refresher training is mandatory for all employees before they are deployed on a project, and it is our written norm. Each employee has to prove his competence by matching up to the quality standards set by Desert Line, appear for Skill Certification, and demonstrate the required skill set in our camp facility to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Our Training & Development Center is fully equipped to impart the relevant technical training to the workforce. The comprehensive training modules enable them to be more productive on the project sites, make them fully aware of the safety requirements, tools, and equipment to be carried, PPE’s required, etc. This leads to better productivity and lesser idle hours and avoids the need for on-site-training sessions.
